1. Reminders
We notify the couple before their access period ends, at multiple intervals.
2. Time to download or extend
Couples are given a reasonable opportunity to download their files or extend access.
3. Controlled deletion
If a gallery is not renewed, it enters a documented deletion workflow. We inform the couple before deletion. Memories are never erased silently.
